Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order, you agree to this shipping policy and the delivery times stated within it.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time is made up of two steps:

1. Processing time

Orders placed today are usually processed and shipped on the next business day. Your package is then carefully prepared for shipping.

2. Delivery time

Canada & International: 7 to 15 business days.

Our products ship from our international fulfillment partners. Once your package arrives in your country, it is handed over to the local national courier (for example Canada Post) for final delivery to your address.

All stated delivery times are subject to possible delays caused by customs. During particularly busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, delivery may take longer.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage of the package.

4. Where is my package?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click “Track Order” in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

5. My tracking number isn’t working.

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If no status is shown after a few days, please feel free to contact our customer service at info@raynada.com
