Return & Refund Policy
By completing an order, the consumer agrees to these return conditions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:
• on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they were delivered together; or
• on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item, provided you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement. This can be done by email to: info@raynada.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
• we have received the goods back, or
• you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back,
whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The immediate costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Important Information About Returns
Returns sent without prior contact or without return instructions provided by us may not be processed or accepted.
Please note that our returns address may differ from the shipping address printed on our packages. The correct return address will be provided to you by email after you contact our customer service.
Only the return address communicated by our customer service by email is valid for returns.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us. We therefore recommend keeping proof of postage and, where possible, a tracking number until the return has been fully processed.
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package does not automatically count as a valid return.
Any import, customs, or shipping costs arising in connection with a return are the customer's responsibility, unless the goods were delivered defective or incorrect.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
